The detailed carvings and intricate mosaic work of this temples design, after three months of temples was dry captivating. I’m not entirely sure of the significance of this temple, as we weren’t guided around at all, but it was definitely a temple to marvel at.

UPDATE

Evidently uploading pictures is going to be much more tricky than possible from the hotels computers and not coming up as easily or as big as they do from my iPad (which is now safe and sound at home). So, you’ll have to bare with me 4 more days and i’ll upload the last 2 weeks from home. Currenly in Chiang Mai (for the 3rd time), my last night of being a tourist before making my way back to Bangkok to fly home on Tuesday. The last 2 weeks have been packed with as much Northern Thailand as I could possibly fit in. LOTS of travel days, bus trips, motorbike rides and 1 accident during trekking which has left half my knee badly grazed and finishing my trip with Thailand’s famous lantern festival last night and tonight. See you all very soon in the land down under!

The one morning I didn’t have to practice yoga, I was up at 5:30 anyway. So I thought I’d try and snap up a glimpse of what it’s like to practice here in the morning. It truly is magical! And of all the sunrises I’ve had here, this one had the most cloud cover, unfortunately!
